We currently ship across India.

  • Orders are typically processed within the next day.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,200.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

While we strive for timely delivery, NUER is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to hygiene considerations, intimate wear products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, washed, or used.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

  • A manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nuer.in  or +91 8500286396 with your order number and supporting photographs/ Screen recording.

Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

  • If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
